Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Itech AppStudios (“Itech AppStudios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the mobile applications and games we publish on Google Play (each, an “App,” and together, the “Apps”). It applies to all of our Apps listed in the Appendix at the end of this policy.
Several of our Apps are directed to children and families. We take children’s privacy seriously and design these Apps to comply with the Google Play Families Policy, the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation as it applies to children (GDPR-K), and other applicable laws. Section 7 sets out how we handle children’s data.
By downloading or using our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide directly
Most of our games do not ask you to create an account or enter personal details, and game progress or settings are stored locally on your device. Some Apps may let you contact us for support; if you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
3.2 Information collected automatically
When you use our Apps, certain information is collected automatically by us and by the third-party services (SDKs) described in Section 4, primarily to run and secure the App, show ads (where applicable), and understand basic usage. This may include:
- Device and technical information (device model, operating system version, language, App version, and settings);
- A device or advertising identifier (for example, the Android Advertising ID / App Set ID);
- IP address and approximate (country/region-level) location derived from it — we do not collect precise GPS location;
- App usage and interaction events (for example, screens opened, features used, session length);
- Diagnostic and crash data (error logs, performance data) to help us fix problems.
We do not knowingly collect a user’s name, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone/camera input, phone number, or similar personal identifiers through our games, except where an App clearly states otherwise and, for children, only in the limited ways described in Section 7.
4. Third-party services and SDKs
Our Apps use trusted third-party services that may process the automatically-collected information above. For child-directed Apps, we only use ad and analytics providers configured for child-directed / Families treatment (see Section 6 and 7). The services we use are:

Confirm this list. Add any other SDK you actually ship — e.g. Firebase Crashlytics, Unity Ads, ironSource/Unity LevelPlay, AppLovin, Facebook/Meta Audience Network, a billing library, or a mediation SDK — with a link to its policy. For child-directed Apps, every ad SDK must be on Google Play’s list of self-certified ads SDKs for Families.
5. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Apps and their features;
- Display advertising in Apps that are ad-supported (see Section 6);
- Understand how the Apps are used so we can improve them;
- Detect, prevent, and fix technical problems, fraud, and abuse;
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use children’s data for any purpose other than to provide and support the App as permitted by law.
6. Advertising
Some of our Apps are supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Where ads are shown:
- In child-directed Apps, and to any user we know or treat as a child, we serve only non-personalized (contextual) ads. These ads are based on the content of the App rather than on the user’s behavior or profile. We enable AdMob’s “tag for child-directed treatment” (TFCD) and “tag for users under the age of consent” (TFUA) so that ad requests are handled accordingly, and we use only ad partners that comply with Google Play’s Families ads requirements.
- In general-audience Apps (such as DocScan Pro), ads may be personalized where permitted, subject to your device settings and any consent required in your region.
You can reset or limit ad tracking at any time via your Android device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
7. Children’s privacy (Families Policy & COPPA/GDPR-K)
Many of our Apps are designed for children and families and are marked as such on Google Play (see the Appendix). For these Apps:
- We limit data collection to what is needed to run the App, keep it working, and keep it safe.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond the technical and usage data described in Section 3, and we do not require children to provide personal details to play.
- We serve only non-personalized ads to children and do not use children’s data for behavioral advertising or to build user profiles.
- We do not knowingly allow third parties to collect personal information from children except through the SDKs listed in Section 4, configured for child-directed treatment.
- We do not share children’s personal information for any purpose that is not integral to providing the App.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in a manner inconsistent with this policy or applicable law, we will delete it promptly.
Parental rights
Parents and guardians may, at any time, contact us at info@itechappstudios.com to:
- review the personal information (if any) we have collected from their child;
- request that we delete their child’s personal information; and
- refuse to permit any further collection of their child’s information.
We may ask for information to verify that the request comes from the child’s parent or guardian before acting on it.
8. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- with the service providers/SDKs listed in Section 4, to perform the functions described;
- if required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request;
- to protect the rights, safety, and property of Itech AppStudios, our users, or the public; or
- in connection with a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition), subject to this policy.
9. Data retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Analytics and diagnostic data are retained according to the third-party providers’ standard retention periods.
To request deletion of data associated with you or your child, email info@itechappstudios.com with the App name and, where possible, the device advertising identifier. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
10. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit where supported. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International data transfers
We operate from Malaysia, and our service providers may process data on servers located in other countries. Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards provided by those service providers and by applicable law.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict its processing, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Users in the European Economic Area and UK have these rights under the GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. 13. Links to other sites and services
Our Apps or ads may contain links to third-party sites or services that we do not control. This policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version on this page. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate. Your continued use of the Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
